This course will teach students first aid, general horse health, how to wrap, corrective exercises, injury prevention and care, plus a tote full of home remedies. This course is designed for the horse owner, but also for the person wanting to care for customer horses without the overhead of owning a big rehab facility. The first part of the course will be a compilation of video and textbook knowledge followed by a test. Upon completion, students can schedule the onsite portion of the course.
The onsite portion is Friday-Sunday (10 to 5).
A practical test will be completed before the certification is given. After completion, a second set of videos will be released as follow up material to what is learned at the practical weekend.
